Goji berry is a fruit of Chinese origin that brings health benefits such as helping to lose weight, strengthening the immune system, maintaining skin health and improving mood.

1. Goji berry juice with Strawberry

- 15 g of dried Goji berry;
- 2 peeled oranges;
- 40 g of raspberries or 4 strawberries.
Preparation mode
Soak the Goji berry in water for 15 minutes. Squeeze the orange and beat all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Goji berry mousse
The goji berry mousse is rich in fiber and protein and can be used for breakfast, afternoon snacks or post-workout.
Ingredients
- ½ cup of dehydrated goji berry tea;
- 1 jar of low fat yogurt;
- 1 box of light sour cream;
- 2 unflavored gelatin envelopes;
- 1 cup of skim milk tea;
- 5 tablespoons of sweetener powder.
Preparation mode
Put the goji berry in water for 30 minutes, remove and grind the fruits. Dissolve 1 packet of gelatin in 300 ml of water, add the goji berry and 3 tablespoons of sweetener, mixing well. Beat the yogurt, sour cream, milk, 1 gelatin envelope and 2 tablespoons of powdered sweetener in a blender. Mix the goji berry gelatin with the blender cream and distribute in bowls, placing in the refrigerator until it is firm.
3. Fruit salad with Goji berry
The Goji berry salad can be eaten together with either lunch or dinner, and to use this salad for an afternoon snack, add 1 whole jar of yogurt to the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 5 strawberries or 1 diced apple;
- 1 tablespoon of almonds or chestnuts;
- 1 tablespoon of flax or sesame;
- 2 tablespoons of dehydrated goji berry;
- 1 tablespoon nonfat plain yogurt (if for snack)
Preparation mode
Mix all ingredients and serve ice cream. If necessary sweeten, add 1 teaspoon of honey.

4. Goji jelly berry with blackberry
This jam can be used in breads, crackers and toast for an afternoon snack or breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dehydrated goji berry;
- ½ cup of blackberry;
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed;
- 2 tablespoons of green banana biomass;
- ½ cup of culinary sweetener.
Preparation mode:
Put the goji berry in water for 30 minutes and drain. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the blackberry, the culinary sweetener, the green banana biomass. After 5 minutes, add the goji berry and mix until the ingredients form a red broth. Turn off the heat, transfer the mixture to a bowl, knead the ingredients with a fork and add the chia seeds, mixing everything until uniform. Serve chilled.
