Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of eggplant flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 glass of orange juice
- Orange peel zest
- 1 spoon of yeast
Preparation mode
Beat the eggs, sugar and butter. Then add the cornstarch and eggplant flour and stir well. Gradually add orange juice, zest and finally add the yeast.
